These terms govern your purchase and use of the Imagine Qira School ("we", "us", "the school"), a product of Qira LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By enrolling in any course, joining the cohort, or otherwise using courses.imagineqira.com, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not enroll.
Each item in the catalogue is a one-time digital product:
All purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, partial credits, or money-back arrangements for any item in the catalogue. The full description of every course, every lesson outline, and every deliverable is published on the catalogue page; the chat assistant in the bottom-right corner will answer any specific question before you enroll. Read, ask, and only enroll when you are sure.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in immediate revocation of access and pursuit of any chargeback fees.
We make no income, employment, results, or outcome guarantees of any kind. The school provides templates, frameworks, prompts, processes, case studies, and the instructor's professional judgement. What you do with that material — and the results you achieve — depend entirely on you. Any specific dollar figures, customer counts, or timelines mentioned anywhere on the site or in the courses are illustrative examples drawn from the instructor's own work and are not promises of similar results for you.
On purchase you are granted a perpetual, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use the course materials for your own personal and commercial work. You may apply the templates, prompts, frameworks and processes in your own projects without attribution.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, post publicly, or share access credentials to the course materials, lesson content, portal, or any associated assets. Each access link is for the buyer named on the Stripe receipt. Sharing credentials is a breach of these terms and grounds for revocation of access.
All course content, the instructor's shipped products (LOLM and its associated paper and provisional patent #64/002,166, GoodGame.center, AutoHustle, the Kling pipeline, and the previously sold landing pages), the Imagine Qira name, design, and trade dress remain the exclusive property of Qira LLC. The school's courses teach methods, not the source code of the instructor's products; no proprietary source is licensed to you.
Cohort 01 is a one-time live programme on the dates listed. Live sessions are recorded and posted to your course portal. If you cannot attend a live session, the recording is your record of it; we do not reschedule, repeat, or extend the programme for individual non-attendance.
Your private 1:1 with the instructor is bookable via the link in your portal. It must be booked and held within twelve weeks of enrollment. Unused 1:1 slots are forfeited and not refundable in any form.
The on-site chat assistant is provided as a convenience. Replies are generated by an AI model trained on the catalogue and may occasionally be incorrect. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. If you are about to make a meaningful decision based on a chat reply, confirm directly with the instructor at bryanleonard@imagineqira.com.
You agree not to: (a) use the materials to harm others, commit fraud, or violate any law; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the materials or the chat assistant; (c) use the school's name, marks, or content to suggest endorsement of your own products without written permission. Violation results in immediate access revocation without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qira LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the school is limited to the amount you actually paid for the item that gives rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. The materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always at /terms. Material changes apply only to purchases made after the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
